In the minds of some Japanese people, the island of Bali is associated with romantic holidays and naughty getaways. This explains the tropical Bali theme going on here. Sure, as soon as you walk out the door, you’ll find yourself in Ikebukuro, which is a far cry from Bali, but it’s a fun fantasy while it lasts.
