This is a good place to try the Japanese “love hotel” experience. Rates are at the high end of the budget range, so just keep in mind that you can find budget hotels in other parts of Tokyo with nicer rooms at lower rates. But, for just one night or a naughty romp in Shibuya, this should do nicely.
