Located in Shiba-koen Park, very close to Tokyo Tower, the Tokyo Prince Hotel is a large old-style Japanese hotel which is a decent deal.
Shiba-koen Park is the park where Tokyo Tower is located. It’s just west of Hamamatsucho, which is a relatively convenient part of Tokyo. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Onarimon subway station, which is on the Toei Mita subway line.
The hotel is getting a bit long in the tooth, but it’s still pretty comfortable. There’s a pool but even hotel guests must pay to use it. There’s an on-site restaurant and convenience store, but not many restaurants in the neighborhood nearby, so most of your meals are going to involve some travel.
Overall, this is only a good choice if you have a good reason to stay in this part of town or if you get a good deal online.
